Loop 7: 46:29 from bib 11, and three do not run it

Loop 7 is in: 17 runners came back inside the hour, and seven yards is 46.9 km.

Bib 11 was quickest, in 46:29, with bibs 824 and 8 next at 48:29 and 50:23. Bib 1502 got back with 1 min 2 sec to spare.

Three did not run loop 7 and finish on 6 yards each: bibs 2, 9 and 808. Bib 819 came back after the bell and timed out, also on 6 yards. That makes 34 out so far.

Seventeen are in the race, and every loop 7 return is confirmed.
