Pune Chapter — Loop 3

Loop 3 turned hard: four out. Bib 408 (Pruthvij), Bib 405 (Sanjay Rao) and Bib 402 (Biswadip Choudhury) went out on the timeout, and Bib 804 (Rajiv Singh) turned back 13 minutes 56 seconds into the loop. Tightest return: Bib 813 (Amit Kumar), 30 seconds to spare, in a corral so full his bib may not have been logged. 37 still on course. There’s real chatter about the heat and this start time — the race director calls it deliberate, part of the challenge. Overhead, Shindewadi’s sky keeps trading sun for cloud, a thunderstorm somewhere in the afternoon’s plans.
